Responsible for the long-range planning and day to day operations of the Center and key stakeholder in Center expansion to the 20 off-site UCLA Hem/Onc clinics, the retail store Reflections boutique, and the Integrative Nutrition Oncology Program.
• Responsible for all HR activities within the Center including hiring and supervision of administrative staff, Reflections personnel, work study students and interns. Additional hiring and oversight of all clinicians including Psychologists, Social Workers, Chaplains, and Interns.
• Financial responsibility includes review of ledgers, tracking deposits and gifts, generation of detailed reports, development of budget and variance reports and management of entries into Bruinbuy, cash transactions and all donations. Oversight of annual $5 million dollar budget.
• Lead project manager on Center expansion activities including development and analysis of metrics dashboard, patient satisfaction survey and Center rebranding. Responsible for monitoring all projects from initiation through delivery continuously interfacing with all key stakeholders.
• Experience creating presentations for upper leadership, creating, and leveraging KPI’s to make long term strategic decisions for the Center.
