Esperanza is a proud Angeleno, having lived and worked abroad in two hemispheres, three continents and five countries. She is bilingual in English and in Spanish, affording her a genuine understanding of myriad differences within the local LatinX community. A relationship builder at heart, Esperanza is continuously connecting people in the spirit of forming partnerships in the workplace, community and beyond. Conversely, during her time at St. Anne's, Esperanza was invited to speak on cultivating and stewarding Individual Donors at FORDHAM UNIVERSITY GRADUATE SCHOOL OF SOCIAL SERVICE.

Previously, Esperanza was the Associate Director of Annual and Major Gifts for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) committed to donor projects within their Ambassadors Program; a multi-generational initiative focused on ethnic affinity, hospital priority and age demographic. She created and managed the Emerging Leaders program, a network of millennials and young professionals inspired to fundraise and personally give to CHLA.

Esperanza has also delved into the Argentine wine Industry, she is adept at wine making from vineyard development to wine production. Her client base included high-net-worth individuals from a global market dreaming of owning their own vineyard.

Prior to fundraising and wine, Esperanza worked in the Entertainment Industry for fifteen years drawing from a rich skill set, and network in the Television, Corporate, Production, and Studio Facilities divisions. She attributes her tenacity and ability to communicate with all levels of an organization, including talent, to her tenure in the "business".
