UVSO is seeking an Executive Director to join a dedicated & experienced team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a successful history of management in a multi-service community development organization or similar context. As a passionate & inspirational leader, s/he will build effective teams & align the organization around a strong vision for growth. A strong candidate will have a proven history of fundraising, maintaining existing funder relationships & developing sources of new government, foundation & individual funding. S/he will be skilled in personnel management & development, building trusting relationships across multiple sites & program areas. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Industry experience in a multi-service community development org, managing programs across multiple sites & services.
Non-profit management: with at least 5 yrs of senior-level organizational leadership
Revenue, Fundraising & Development: record of successful fundraising growth with history of building strong donor ties.
Business Management: showing strong financial acumen and budget management
