AIDS Healthcare Foundation is seeking a Full-Time, Managed Care Project Coordinato to assist at our Managed Care Division located at the following address:

Hours of Operations: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
AHF Project Coordinator’s (PC) serve as a catalyst to bind a group of professionals together and maintain focus on the task at hand while encouraging creativity and innovation. They assist in guiding interdisciplinary teams to meet goals and objectives on time by establishing agendas, documenting discussions, and finalizing action items and deliverables.
The AHF PC guides leadership by focusing attention toward obtainable goals that are patient centered. Through autonomous motivation the Project Coordinator facilitates abstract ideas into formulated thoughts and goals. The AHF Project Coordinators documentation and monitoring skills help establish responsibility, identify gaps, and solidify formal processes to carry out Managed Care projects and programs.
The PC’s scope of practice focuses on the needs of AHF’s teams. By working with department staff, cross divisional leadership, and external vendors, the PC uses structured ideas and innovation to potentiate interactions that result in downstream effects that improve health outcomes and enhance the organizational goal of patient centered care.
Project Coordinators’ strong communication skills and ability to minimize conflicts, facilitate the development of productive working groups. PC’s are the champions of knowledge for completing assigned projects with a positive impact on AHF’s ability to improve organizational outcomes.
