GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible for all of the general operations of a Branch with annual revenue exceeding $1,000,000, which includes financial development and fiscal and program administration.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
Education & Certifications: 4-year college degree in related field or 6 years’ of related operational experience may off-set the degree requirement. Certification as a YMCA Director preferred. First Aid and CPR certifications required.
Experience & Background: Must be 21 years of age. 3+ years of related experience and supervision required (in addition to the education off-set). Additional years of experience may offset some of the educational requirement. Experience working with diverse populations. Experience as a Sr. Program Director or Program Director of one or more departments is preferred.
