Being a substitute allows for flexibility in your schedule. If a regular position becomes available, the on call/substitute staff has first priority.
Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, this person will assist with the overall monitoring and supervision of the children in the classroom. Plans, facilitates and implements a responsive approach to curriculum activities designed to promote social, physical and intellectual growth. Assess and develops individual and group activities to stimulate learning, according to each child’s development and learning approach. Responsible for the completion of all required educational records. Ensures care and supervision of children by maintaining a safe, clean and healthy learning environment. Must assure inclusion of children with Individual Educational Plans (IEPs).
