Job Description


Under the direct supervision of the Director of Training Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department. Track, maintain and update employee records, assist in HR processes such as recruitment, on-boarding, orientation, and training.



  • Assist with maintaining all personnel records
  • Track, update and manage employee information database
  • Assist in on-boarding process by preparing new-hire packets and collecting all necessary paperwork
  • Assist in trainings conducted by the Human Resources Department
  • Assist with coordinating All Staff meetings and In-service trainings
  • Assist with tracking completion, generating reports, updating training assignments on St. Anne’s Learning Management System, Relias
  • Assist the Human Resources department in preparation for audits
  • Oversee supply needs and orders for the Human Resources department
  • Maintain confidentiality as required by St. Anne’s, licensing, HIPAA and other regulatory agencies


  • Two year degree required, BA preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an administrative office environment, direct HR experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows and Outlook software program.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Spanish preferred, not required.
