The YMCA of Orange County has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant would support the Regional Director of our Health and Wellness Branches.
Respond to member inquires, greet visitors, and answer multi-line phone system.
Provide program administration support.
Prepare and distribute correspondence.
Assist with special projects and event planning.
Manage and update program/department schedule.
Perform general office tasks (such as copying, filing, and faxing).
Provide database support for program/department or financial development needs (for example data import and retrieval, coding, standard and custom report creation, merge production, pledge/gift entry, pledge billing, updating/maintaining donor records).
Identify and solve problems.
The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associates Degree preferred
Experience & Background: Must be 18 years of age with one year of experience working in an administrative function. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
