The IT Network Security Director contributes to AHF’s mission by protecting our Network from security threats, and ensure we have the most effective security solutions and practices in place, which prevents unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or disruption. This person also directs program initiatives involving AHF’s security assessment and vulnerability management capabilities including system, network, and application assessments; penetration testing; and risk-evaluation efforts with the intent to identify and reduce threats to AHF’S business units, systems, and services.
The IT Network Security Director also collaborates with IT functional areas, AHF technology leadership, and division senior management to identify and implement overall service and process changes, new solutions, and changes for Information and Content Security-related services, applications, and solutions.
Additionally, the director will coordinate with various business departments and IT teams to deliver the data management roadmap and help with resource planning and hiring to ensure that the data management team is staffed and deployed appropriately. This helps the team to become more effective with handling security threats, and enables them to protect the end users and AHF as an organization.
