The Provider Business Development Manager II (PBDM II) is responsible for building Keck Medicine of USC’s patient market share by creating, maintaining, and enhancing referring relationships with physicians, medical groups, community hospitals/health systems, and as appropriate, payor and non-provider relationships across all specialties and services. The position is responsible for: (a) promoting Keck Medical Center of USC services in its primary and secondary markets (b) understanding and assessing trends in the marketplace, especially those of competing providers; (c) aiding in the development and deployment of tactics for capitalizing on business opportunities; and (d) summarizing for Keck Medical Center of USC operations, feedback on issues concerning program service and quality. In addition, the PBDM II is responsible for developing and facilitating provider growth tactics for key service line(s) and acts as the primary contact person within the department for their assigned program. The position will work closely with health system and clinical leadership in accomplishing these objectives.
