Job Description

The Program Manager (CM) assists in the development & execution of on the ground & digital programs and oversees program partnerships. This position is full time and reports to the CEO. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist CEO in the development and execution of on the ground cancer prevention and early detection programs
  • Assist VP of Digital in managing educational and programmatic digital campaigns
  • Oversee programmatic partnerships and communication
  • Identify gaps in the space and help scale existing on the ground programs 
  • Manage databases 
  • Assessment/Evaluation of programs and representation of impact

Skills Necessary:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a preference for an MPH or other health related graduate degree
  • 4 years’ experience in the nonprofit health space or program management
  • Knowledge of cancer prevention and early detection 
  • Strong execution skills and ability to wear many hats and be flexible.
  • Experience in measuring impact, quantifying program success and evaluation
  • Ability to travel if necessary
  • Ability to work with cross-functional or distributed “virtual” teams
  • Strong program management skills
