This job primarily operates on a school site and in classrooms, and utilizes typical office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.). Physical demands include: positioning to lift (should be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist high), carry, push, and/or pull, kneel, stoop, crouch and bend. Generally, the job is 60% Stationary and 40% moving/traversing. Normal business hours are approximately 7:00am – 4:00pm, Monday-Friday (although these hours may vary and may require occasional evening and weekend work based on organizational needs). Minimal or no travel required, other than visits to other local school sites or the Home Office (as needed).

> A Bachelor’s degree is required

> You hold a valid CA Preliminary or Clear Multiple Subject* or Single-Subject credential OR be eligible for a CA Single Subject Intern Credential by July 2019
*Applicants with a multiple-subject credential are eligible for hire. However, Green Dot will require that you obtain your Single Subject credential or Subject Matter Authorization by June 30, 2020.
NOTE: Applicants with an out-of-state credential or no credential should visit the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing website before applying. Please check to see that you will be eligible to teach in a California public school by July 2019.

Our 2019-20 annual teacher salary scale ranges from $51,873 - $98,862, based on education and experience.
