Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Program Director is responsible for supporting partner services and program development at Baby2Baby. This individual will work to maintain Baby2Baby’s reach in the Los Angeles community by developing new partnerships, strengthening current partnerships and building Baby2Baby’s understanding of community needs.   The Program Director will work Monday-Friday. The work is performed in an office and warehouse setting.     Duties and Responsibilities Oversees the management of the network of existing nonprofit partnerships to ensure the implementation of Baby2Baby’s program; on-boards and trains new organizations to strategically grow the reach. Manages, oversees and develops Program Managers, Program Coordinators and assistants; assigns projects/tasks, reviews work product, and provides guidance as needed. Oversees the implementation of responsive programming and specialty distribution including regular analysis of program effectiveness.  Approves and oversees the onboarding of new partner agencies. Develops framework and oversees execution of the Baby2Baby partner distribution model; identifies way to improve, streamline and further develop the model. Oversees all program events including Partner Summit, Partner Appreciation and New Partner Orientation. Oversees all site visits to partner organizations and trainings as needed.  Analyzes the need within current partner network with the Deputy Director; takes a strategic approach to the vision and implementation of Baby2Baby’s Programs. Acts as the program lead for all Baby2Baby events with children including the selection of organization, collection of information and all logistical preparation for the event. Other duties as assigned.   Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the non-profit sector. Conversational Spanish strongly preferred. Commitment to Baby2Baby’s mission. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment that requires strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, and self-starter mentality; meets timelines by effectively prioritizing, delegating and making timely decisions with sounds judgment.  Experience with program implementation. Previous experience managing a direct report, required; experience managing a team, preferred. Strong customer service skills. Strong communicator, decision-maker and strategic-thinker; takes an innovative and creative approach to achieving department goals. Excels in data-driven process improvement; analyzes data effectively with the ability to communicate findings. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow-up, and able to work in a team environment. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
